REFUND POLICY (ORDER CANCELLATION)

You have the right, within 14 days of receiving the goods—from the date on which the goods are accepted by the consumer or by a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier—to withdraw unconditionally, either in full or in part, from a purchase made through the website www.bodymarblemagic.com, without incurring any costs other than the costs of returning the goods if you wish to return them by courier, or any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery method.
- Commencement of the Withdrawal Period
The 14-day period begins on the date on which the goods are accepted by you or by a third party at the delivery address specified by you.
- Conditions for Returning Goods
To return the goods and receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The goods must be unused and in fully preserved commercial condition, including the original packaging, all accessories and accompanying documents.
- The goods must be sent to the following address: Sofia, Lozenets residential area, 16–20 Golo Bardo Street, Entrance B, Floor 1, Apartment 2, for the attention of BODY MARBLE MAGIC EOOD, by courier, with the courier service paid for by the customer.

- Use of the form is recommended for administrative convenience, but the exercise of the right of withdrawal does not depend on its use.
- Refund of the Amount Paid
- The refund shall be made by bank transfer to a bank account specified by the consumer.
- The amount shall be refunded within 14 days from the date on which the returned goods are received.
- All refunds shall be made in euros (€).
- Special Cases
- If the customer has chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery method, the additional costs of the original delivery may be deducted.
